Trendwatch
Hey Trendsetters!
Spring is here, and that means that we can finally let our fashion out and start modeling bold new looks around campus.
First, I’d like to talk about the hot new look that people all over the world are wearing: oppression. First debuted in Syria, oppression has now caught on in places as diverse as North Korea and Sudan. The look is simple and an instant classic. Torn rags to show off that unnaturally slim figure, and the newest perfume called sewer. All purchases are tax deductible, as the money will go to the Red Cross.
Also in vogue are “Make America Great Again” hats. Proudly made of cheap felt by a minimum wage worker in AMERICA!, these hats show that the wearer is ready for anything, even an upcoming civil war. Tailor made for Trump’s big head, these hats have built in resistance to Muslims, Mexicans, and women. With this hat, you can really let your fashion flag fly, as long as the flag isn’t rainbow.
In campus fashion news, Taylor Walshe ’18 looked stunning in dress code. Evan Vogelbaum ’19 rocked dress code with a side of dress code. And Evan Thomas ’16 looked daring in an off white dress code with blue dress code.
It seems that the people of Exeter have fallen in love with dress code, and it is here to stay. Except if the Liberals try to destroy the one remaining tradition of our proud establishment.
Lexi and Julia, I’m so sorry,
xoxo,
Billy
