Highlight: Girls’ Varsity Volleyball (09/26/2024)

    This past Wednesday, the girls varsity volleyball team matched up against Milton Academy’s varsity team. Exeter’s girls completely blew Milton off the court, winning 3-0. It was a great match for the team with many highlights.

    When asked how the team played overall, captain Clare McCann commented, “We had a little bit of a rough start. We were down around 8 or 10 points the first set, but we came back and won the set! After that the team started flowing and our communication improved.” The team was able to persevere that energy and conquer Milton in the first set, as well as the second and third.

    When asked for a highlight of the match, lower Melody Ma added, “A highlight of the match was how people stepped in to play different positions.” The team’s flexibility and determination led them to be able to crush Milton in an exciting fashion.

    The members of the team played great overall, and are excited for more matches in the future.
