Stillwells Ranking
It took almost two years but I have now tried all 38 ice cream flavors at Stillwells. Now I humbly present my Stillwells Power Rankings. Feel free to disagree: just write your opinions on a piece of paper, put it in a envelope, address it to me, crumple it up, and throw it in the trash.1. Maine Black Bear - Wars have been waged over this flavor.2. Reese’s P-Nutbutter Cup - The ’86 bears.3. Coffee Almond Fudge - They’ve been playing together all season: so much chemistry.4. Black Raspberry - Clear eyes, lot’s of chunks, can’t lose.5. Maple Walnut - A little something for your savory side.6. German Chocolate Cake - Big-time chocolate flavor.7. Chocolate Walnut Fudge - Solidly in the top ten.8. Moose Tracks - Like Tiger Woods: way above par.9. Peppermint Stick - Christmas in July.10. Milky Way - Great candy bar, great ice cream.11. Almond Joy - Underrated candy, very underrated flavor.12. Mocha Chip - Steph Curry from 3 point land.13. Chocolate Peanut Butter - Like the Reese’s but not quite as good. 14. Mint Chocolate Chip - Cooler than the other side of the pillow.15. Strawberry - As American as apple pie.16. Cake Batter - As tasty as the real thing.17. Oreo Cookie - Who doesn’t like Oreos?18. Snickers - Crisp vanilla plays Robin to Snicker’s Batman.19. Cookie Dough - Take a lap if you don’t like cookie dough.20. Death by Chocolate - Not the best chocolate flavor out there.21. Coffee - A blue blood.22. Coffee Kahlua brownie - A decent combination, nothing special. 23. Chocolate Chip - Zero style points.24. M&M - Why offer M&M and chocolate chip?25. Vanilla - The Timberland boots of ice cream flavors.26. Chocolate - No imagination.27. Cherry Vanilla - Not spectacular, however the menu lacking cherry. 28. Butter Pecan - Good from afar but far from good.29. Coffee Oreo - Dipping Oreos in a cold glass of coffee?30. Banana - Ba-na-no.31. Pistachio - Pistachi-gross.32. Bubble Gum - Why?33. Strawberry Cheesecake - ewww.34. Orange Pineapple - Never, ever again.35. Cotton Candy - Disgustingly too sweet.36. Butter Crunch - What even was this?37. Frozen Pudding -Terrible.38. Grapenut Custard - Do people eat this??
