Definitely. The family classic “Full House” is returning in a Netflix original spin off called “Fuller House.” In the Tanner family’s iconic San Francisco home, recently widowed mother DJ Tanner is left to take care of her three sons with the help of her best friend Kimmy Gibbler. All of the original actors will be returning to create this inverted storyline, so look forward to John Stamos’s hair and Bob Saget’s worried parenting. “Fuller House” premieres Feb. 26 on Netflix.Looking for a short term commitment? Try “11.23.63,” a Hulu original 8-part mini-series starring James Franco. Based on Stephen King’s novel and produced by Star Wars director J.J. Abrams, the series follows a present day high school teacher who travels back in time to stop the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Like any good story, problems arise when Lee Harvey Oswald falls in love, and the past itself starts to get in the way of the mission. “11.22.63” premiers Monday, Feb. 15.How many days since the zombie apocalypse started hitting our television screens? Not long enough. When AMC’s hit “The Walking Dead” returns with our zombie fighting heros, we’ll find out if Daryl’s crossbows and Rick’s leadership is enough to keep their bodies among the living, and if Morgan is an ally or an enemy. Tune in Sunday, Feb. 14 at 9 p.m. for the premiere of the new season.Does anyone still care about Ryan Seacrest? Probably not, but no matter how few people watch “American Idol,” this season is sure to be a great one. The original musical competition show that shone light on Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Adam Lambert is in its farewell season. Even if the competition could be better, the hollywood appearances and amazing musical performances will not disappoint. “American Idol” is currently Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.As we all know, time is money and money is power. Fresh on the air, Showtime’s “Billions” details the life of Bobby “Axe” Axelrod, a man with an ungodly wealth as a hedge fund executive. Axelrod faces scrutiny and is threatened to lose his billions when U.S. attorney Chuck Rhoades discovers shady trading in Axelrod’s company. The two most powerful men in New York City battle each other out in a drama that is too good to miss. “Billions” premiered Jan. 17 and runs on Sundays at 10 p.m. on Showtime.Have fun enjoying these gems. Yes, it is okay to take a break every once in awhile, especially when it’s cold and snowy outside. So curl up with a hot cup of tea and let yourself unwind with these excellent shows in the next couple of weeks.
