Hello Friends,We hope you all had a nice no-class-Wednesday! Even though this week has been a bit rainy and cloudy, we still saw some people dressing for the weather in style. Emma Kim '16 wore a bright red coated raincoat, making quite a statement despite the drizzle. Nora Epler ‘17 also dressed for the weather in red doc martens, cool grey coated jeans, and an orange and brown patterned sweater, a solid casual fall look.Shout out to the Head of the Art Department, Ms. Misenheimer, for always looking chic in all black with either classic Louboutins or Rag & Bone booties!Lazaro Cesar ‘15 dominated the senior class picture looking sleek in his tailored black suit and blue button down dress shirt. Evan Crawford ‘15 was also spotted sporting a brown and navy, two-tone leather bomber jacket and cuffed black pants. As the weather gets colder, we are getting ready to pull out the winter coats. If you’re bored with the usual Patagonia or need a fresh look, we have some outerwear ideas for the cooler weather-to-come. As we mentioned earlier this fall, shearling is making a come back. If you’re looking for an edgier look, throw on a bomber jacket or leather jacket. Furry coats can also make for a fun statement piece. We also love oversized coats and sweaters-- they are perfect for layering. In other news, designers are just like us! In an interview with Paper Magazine, Marc Jacobs talks about his Grindr use, and his life post-Louis Vuitton. So, Tinder users, do not fret! Everybody’s doing it.Also, new creative direction at Chloé is aiming to turn the brand into a global powerhouse. With a new creative directorial/CEO team of Clare Waight-Keller and Geoffrey De La Bourdonnaye they plan on increasing communication through every team within the house, while staying true to the saying “Once a Chloé girl, always a Chloé girl.”We hope you have a good rest of the week, and keep stylin’ Exeter!xx,Helen and Millie
